Cancelling the contract

• If you wish to cancel the contract before the payment is received, the contract will be immediately cancelled.  There will be no cancellation fee.


• If you wish to cancel the contract after the payment is received but before lessons have begun, the whole class fee will be refunded including the registration fee.


• If you wish to cancel the contract after the payment is received and after the first class, the fee for the remaining classes will be refunded. However, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Cancelling a class

• If you wish to cancel a class and notify us by 5:00 pm of the day before the class, the class will be rescheduled.


• If you need to cancel a class on the day of the class, the class will be considered to have been held and the class will not be rescheduled.
